Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access and use GlobalITServer’s web hosting services, you must meet the following requirements:

  3. Account Approval & Cancellation:
    GlobalITServer reserves the right to reject your application for an Account or cancel an existing Account at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion.

  4. Primary Communication:
    You acknowledge that the email address you provide during registration will be used by GlobalITServer as the primary method of communication for any notices, updates, or account-related information.

  5. Password Security:
    You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure. GlobalITServer cannot and will not be held liable for any loss, damages, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password or Account information.

  6. Responsibility for Account Activity & Materials:
    You are fully responsible for all activity and any content, including but not limited to photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, or other data (“Materials”) uploaded, generated, stored, shared, or otherwise associated with your Account.

  7. Breach of Terms:
    A breach or violation of any part of GlobalITServer’s Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), as determined solely by GlobalITServer, may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your services and Account without prior notice.

By creating an Account and accessing GlobalITServer’s services, you agree to comply with these terms and all other applicable policies.

Account Activation

Account Ownership and Payment Gateway Responsibility

  1. Account Owner:
    The individual signing up for GlobalITServer’s services will be designated as the Account Owner for the purposes of these Terms of Service. The Account Owner will be the authorized person to use any associated account provided by GlobalITServer in connection with the services.

  2. Employer as Account Owner:
    If you are registering for services on behalf of your employer, the employer will be considered the Account Owner. By signing up on behalf of your employer, you represent and warrant that you have the proper authority to bind your employer to the Terms of Service outlined in this agreement.

  3. Payment Gateway Accounts:
    Upon successful registration for the service, GlobalITServer may set up a PayPal Express Checkout account on your behalf using the email address you provided. Depending on your geographic location, GlobalITServer may also establish a GlobalITServer Payments account on your behalf.

  4. Responsibility for Payment Gateway Accounts:
    You acknowledge that PayPal Express Checkout and/or GlobalITServer Payments will serve as your default payment gateway(s). As the Account Owner, it is solely your responsibility to activate and maintain these accounts. If you decide not to keep either payment gateway active, it is your responsibility to deactivate them.

  5. Third-Party Services:
    PayPal Express Checkout and GlobalITServer Payments are Third-Party Services, as defined under GlobalITServer’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by these third parties.

By accepting these terms, you agree to maintain responsibility for the activation and management of any payment accounts created in connection with your services, ensuring uninterrupted access to GlobalITServer’s web hosting and related offerings.

GlobalITServer Refund Policy

At GlobalITServer, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We strive to provide reliable, secure, and efficient web hosting services.   • Violation of Terms: If the customer violates GlobalITServer’s Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), the refund request will be denied.
  • Late Refund Requests: Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of activation will not be eligible for reimbursement.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee, follow these steps:

  1. Contact GlobalITServer Support at support@globalitserver.com.
  2. Provide your account details, including your name, email address, invoice number, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Submit the request within 30 days of activation.

Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and notify you of the refund decision within 7-10 business days.


4. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.

5. Service Cancellation & Refunds

If your refund is approved, your services with GlobalITServer will be canceled effective immediately upon processing the refund. Any remaining unused service will no longer be active after the refund is issued.


6. Exceptions

GlobalITServer reserves the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy in extraordinary circumstances, such as unforeseen technical failures or service disruptions. If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact our support team directly.
